Our beautiful apartment is located on the second floor of a house in the historic center of Varenna overlooking the narrow streets of the center and the lake, with access via typical internal stairs. The apartment is very cozy and finely furnished in modern style with frescoed ceilings. The house is on one level and has free WIFI connection.
The property is composed as follows:
- Living room/kitchen, with Smart-TV with NETFLIX, in this room there is a comfortable sofa, the full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and more. From the living area you can access the balcony with a lovely view of the Lake.
- Master bedroom, here we find a very comfortable queen-size bed where you can rest comfortably after long days at the lake, the room has a convenient closet and private access to the balcony with a lake view.
- Bathroom (3 steps to the entrance) with walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet ,hair dryer and Welcome-Kit with shampoo, bath shower and body-lotion.
- Double room 2, this last room can be prepared with two single beds (as in photo) or on request have a very comfortable double bed. The house comes with bed linen and towels. The highlight of this house is as anticipated before the beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful lake view breakfast or sunbathe at any time of the day.
It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, families, couples of friends, but it is also recommended for a couple as it is very romantic and perfect for spending unforgettable moments.

In our mini house, check-in is easy and convenient thanks to the self check-in with safe deposit box. Keys will be available inside the box, allowing you to access the apartment independently upon arrival.
